menu but with all the trimmings, guaranteed to create the best Christmas dinner ever cooked by
you! It’s easy food but there is no shortage of opulence and luxury with a roll-call of the finest
ingredients. A SAMPLE MENU – Soup is Cream of Celeriac with Black pudding and Truffle Oil, served with Multi- Grain
Brown Bread, the starter is a sumptuous Brie Parcel with Apple and Caramelised Walnuts, with a
Wine and Red Currant Reduction. There is Roast Crown of Turkey, Honey Glazed Loin of Bacon,
accompanied by Roast Balsamic Sprouts with Chestnuts, Crisp Roast Potatoes, Chunky Herb Stuffing,
Caramelised Onion Gravy, Spiced Cranberry Sauce, and a vegetarian option of Emmaline’s Root
Vegetable Puff Bake. There will have to be room left for these desserts: Festive Pavlova with
Strawberries and Passion Fruit, and for coffee,
Wine and soft drinks available to purchase.
